Selective Pay uses text messaging to support requested business communications and service interactions. You remain in control of whether you receive messages and may opt out at any time.
1. Program description
Selective Pay may send one-to-one or automated text messages related to requested business communications, meeting reminders, merchant-service inquiries, statement reviews, applications, onboarding, account support, service updates and other matters described at the point of consent.
Promotional messages will be sent only where permitted and based on the consent or business relationship applicable to the communication.
2. Consent to receive messages
By providing a mobile number and affirmatively consenting where requested, you authorize Selective Pay to send text messages to that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to consent.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request, application, meeting, service needs and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any Selective Pay text message to opt out of further messages from that program. You may receive one final confirmation message. After opting out, you may need to provide new consent before receiving future automated texts.
You may also contact support@selectivepay.com or call 866-627-6776 to request assistance with your preferences.
5. Help
Reply HELP for assistance or contact Selective Pay at 866-627-6776 or support@selectivepay.com.
6. Delivery and carrier terms
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks, device availability and other factors outside Selective Pay’s control. Not all devices or carriers support every feature.
7. Mobile information and privacy
We use mobile numbers, consent records and message history to provide communications, maintain compliance records, respond to requests and support our business relationship.
Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers that help deliver messages, maintain systems or support our operations, subject to appropriate restrictions, and when required by law.
For additional details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Eligibility and acceptable use
The SMS program is intended for adults and authorized business contacts. Do not use text messaging to send full card numbers, security codes, bank-login credentials, Social Security numbers, protected health information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Changes or termination
We may modify or discontinue a messaging program, change its short code or telephone number, or update these terms. Material updates will be reflected by the effective date on this page or communicated where appropriate.
